STAFFING PATTERN

Total No. of staff of the Bank does not exceed 130. Due to retirement and superannuation etc. it has now reduced to 123 only. Functional hierarchy with number of posts can be seen from the following:-

2 Deputy General Manager  
3 Assistant General Manager  
4 Manager  
5 Deputy Manager  
6 Assistant Manager  
7 Steno  
8 Assistant Grade-I  
9 Assistant Grade-II
10 Grade IV  
11. Driver  
     


TRAINING AND H.R.S

The staffs of the Bank have been imparted training in both managerial as well as in operational areas, except a few, most of the staffs as well as the elected Directors have been trained either internally or at the following training centers or both:-

1. Bankers Training College R,B.I, Pune-Chennai
2. Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management-Pune
3. Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship-Guwahati
4. Indian institute of Banking Management- Guwahati
5. Institute of Cooperative Management- Imphal
6. Institute of Cooperative Management- Bhubaneswar
